Call for Abstracts

  1. Abstracts must be in English, unpublished and original.
  2. Authors must be registered for the conference along with completed payment in order for abstracts to be accepted. Submitting your abstracts DOES NOT register you for the conference.
  3. Files are to be e-mailed to info@healthyageing.org
  4. Deadline for submission is 15th April 2010.
  5. Authors will be notified of acceptance via e-mail.
  6. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Programme Book.
 
Abstract format
  1. Abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Word file.
  2. Abstract should contain the following: title in capital letter, author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s), background, objective(s), method, results and conclusion.
  3. Please use 12-point Arial font, plain single line spacing with no formatting.
  4. JPEG or bitmap formats are NOT ACCEPTED for text.
  5. Abstract must not be more than 250 words.
 
Poster presentation structure
  1. Presentation should be done in A1 format (23” x 33”)
  2. Poster should be on display at the poster area. Pins and stickers will be provided in the poster area.
  3. The poster boards will be numbered by the organisers. The index number of your poster can be found in the Programme Book.
